We‘ve developed 6
different product groups covering various application methods used in the meat
(food) industry.
For generating our primary smoke, we use only the highest quality beechwood
flakes available in the market.

Bio Char is a carbon enriched biomaterial, and is a by-product of our liquid smoke plant.
In 2017 Profood executed a major expansion on its centre in Pécs, Hungary. A high-tech liquid-smoke plant, meeting the strictest European standards, has been inaugurated, where different liquid- smoke based products are produced on specialized, exquisite production lines. In our „Prosmoke” portfolio we offer our concentrated smoke-condensate products, providing economic production solutions applicable in many different fields of the food industry.
